The Global Mobility Program (GMP), Global Leadership Program (GLP) and Global Internship Program (GIP) allow students to empower their global experience with MSU university partners around the world such as the UK, Australia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Brunei, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan and more as their hub for knowledge.

Facilities
MSU Library and Resource Center (LRC) boasts an extensive collection of learning and reference materials, for students and staff to do their studies or research. The references include monographer, books, magazines, journals, thesis, and also student project report, mainstream newspapers, past year examination questions. Web-based full-text online journals and electronic books are also available for users access. Students can easily access, read, download, or print journal articles or books via the internet.
The LRC is fully automated and our own computerized system, LIS (Library Information System), provides users information on the availability of books or material etc. Our experienced librarians are always at hand and ever willing to provide users with the necessary assistance and advice in finding and using the most appropriate source of information.
One of our priorities is to ensure that the materials needed by users are available at their convenience. Hence by employing our Inter-Library loan facility, we are able to borrow materials on users behalf from other libraries throughout the country. Other facilities provided by the LRC are photocopying, and computers with internet access. For privacy and convenience, LRC also provide individual study carrels, a group study room and an AV room.

How to Apply?
Application Procedure
Applying to MSU is a fairly straightforward process. Here are the basic steps you need to follow.
1. Choosing Your Course
If you haven’t applied for a course, the first thing you need to do as an international student is to apply for one. Click the link below to view our impressive list of courses.

2. Fill in the Application Form & Attach Your Supporting Documents
Application can be made through our online application form. You are advised to submit your application at least 2 months prior to the commencement of your programme intake to avoid any unnecessary delays.
In order to support your application, you will need to attach the following supporting documents to your online application form:
(a) Certified clear copy of all relevant academic qualifications (transcripts and certificates)
(b) Certified clear copy of TOEFL/IELTS transcript (if applicable)
(c) One (1) certified clear copy set of applicant’s passport including blank pages (with at least 1 year validity from the intake date)(d) Six (6) pieces of identical passport-sized colour photos. Image must be professionally and recently taken, front-facing, non-smiling, against a white background
(e) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant embassy if you are from an African or sub Saharan country
(f) Pre-Arrival Medical Examination Report. See the list of overseas panel clinics.
(g) If financed by scholarship/study loan, documented evidence must be attached. If self-sponsored, a guarantee letter/financial statement from bank, parents or sponsor is compulsory
(h) English translations of all documents submitted (where applicable)
3. Application & Visa Payment
Your completed online application form must be accompanied by the prescribed fee:
- Application Fee – RM500
- Student Pass & Visa Processing Fee for students from all other countries (non-refundable) – RM2,158
- Student Pass & Visa Processing Fee for Indonesian students only (non-refundable) – RM2,698
