There is a place for everyone at MSU, where education is offered through an entry system that facilitates admission from all walks of life, locally and internationally. We are committed towards providing the journey that will help to transform lives and enriching the future for all.
MSU Library and Resource Center (LRC) boasts an extensive collection of learning and reference materials, for students and staff to do their studies or research. The references include monographer, books, magazines, journals, thesis, and also student project report, mainstream newspapers, past year examination questions. Web-based full-text online journals and electronic books are also available for users access. Students can easily access, read, download, or print journal articles or books via the internet.
The LRC is fully automated and our own computerized system, LIS (Library Information System), provides users information on the availability of books or material etc. Our experienced librarians are always at hand and ever willing to provide users with the necessary assistance and advice in finding and using the most appropriate source of information.
One of our priorities is to ensure that the materials needed by users are available at their convenience. Hence by employing our Inter-Library loan facility, we are able to borrow materials on users behalf from other libraries throughout the country. Other facilities provided by the LRC are photocopying, and computers with internet access. For privacy and convenience, LRC also provide individual study carrels, a group study room and an AV room.

(e) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant embassy if you are from an African or sub Saharan country

(g) If financed by scholarship/study loan, documented evidence must be attached. If self-sponsored, a guarantee letter/financial statement from bank, parents or sponsor is compulsory
