Our top-quality inks and papers ensure that your application is clear, legible and fit for submission – meeting the exacting standards required for your visa application.
This service can be availed at the Visa Application Centre during your visit.
Premium Lounge
For a more personalised service at the Visa Application Centre, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. You can also purchase this service during your visit to our Visa Application Centre at any given time, simply by informing a staff member.
This service includes:
- Direct access to a Premium Service counter where our staff will verify the documents provided, and take payment in a single location
- Cold and hot beverages available at your disposal
- A dedicated team member assisting during the submission process
- The option of submitting any missing documents before 16:00 the same day
This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.
Walk-in without an appointment
Walk-in without an appointment service is available for customers who may not have the opportunity to book an appointment before visiting the centre. Please note that the premium appointment is dependent upon centre’s capacity for the day to accommodate as any customers with pre-booked appointment will be served as a priority at their appointed time. This service is available at the moment.
Internet Kiosk
Access your application and supporting documents at VFS Global’s fast internet kiosks. Convenient, helpful and easy to use.
Courier Service
Get your documents delivered quickly and directly to your home or office. Safe, in the same jurisdiction, fast and convenient – we’ll arrange the return of your documents and passports directly to you, at a time and location of your choosing. Save time and travel costs, with no need to arrange multiple visits to the Visa Application Centre.
Visa At your Doorstep (VAYD)
VFS Global a service that brings the Visa Application Centre to the customers doorstep. Visa applicants can apply for a visa from a location of their choice, such as a home, office, or school campus. This service is ideal for large groups as the entire group can submit their visa applications on the same date and from a location that is convenient for the group.
Prime Time
Submit your application beyond the normal processing hours. The exclusive opening hours let you avoid standing in queue and ensures a smooth visa application submission process.
